What are my chances of getting into Western Washington University after being wait listed?

I've sent in a letter to the admissions office, had another teacher write a letter of recommendation letter, visited the campus, and spoke with the schools counsler who said i have done everything i can do and that most people dont do nearly as much as i've done. I have a 3.0 GPA, 1400 on my SAT, and was captain of 2 of the varsity sports that i have played this year. Could you also tell me how many students were wait listed either this year or last, and how many of those wait listers got admitted?
