Help me to like beets, please!?

Given all of the health benefits of eating beets, I would like to add them to our vegetable rotation. However, the skunky-tasting geosmin in beets makes them incredibly foul to my taste buds. Do any of you have a preparation, recipe or advice that cuts down on that dirty, sewer-like flavor or at least covers it up satisfactorily?
