Texturing Problems with OOO mod for Oblivion?

Hello, Iv used the OOO mod for Oblivion before but for a while I stopped playing it. I uninstalled it to make room for new games. I recently reinstalled Oblivion via steam (as I did before) and downloaded OOO the latest version with the latest patch and now im getting texturing problems... Some people on oblivion are invisible except their face and hands, certain item icons won't show up in the items menu and big giant yellow triangles (that you can walk through they are just really annoying) appear in certain areas of caves, dungeons and sewers. Help if possible? Im not sure why its not working for me now but it worked perfect for me before. And yes Oblivion itself is fully updated...
