Workout Schedule(Full Body Lifts)?

so i have decided to go with full body lifts 2-3 times a week and i like them because of the intensity, if u do them quickly one after another and just the effect. My issue is if i get more times to workout then that, wich i usually do, i don't want to over do it. What some good excersies i can in between without being too much and would it be bad if i focused on a specific muscle the day before or after and did a volumizing lift. also to clarify my full body lift is usually 3 diffrent excersises for each muscle of the body (back, bi, tri, legs....) and its one set each so as much as i can do for about 8-12 reps on set

My now ex-roommate refuses to pay her utilities from last month what should i do?

So basically I had a very messy and irresponsible room mate that liked to to be very impulsive and rude. Fortunately for me she moved out about 10 days ago unfortunately she left a mess and now refuses to pay me the 160 dollars for utilities owed last month. That would include water/sewer (80.47) gas charges (36.87) cable up to the end of the month (and half of the month before because of how the billing is done (295.96) electricity (and I'm guessing about the same or so for next month so a guestimated (108.44) because i have 2 other room mates i divided it by four coming out to a total of $130.37. On top of that our maid (aka a friend who's decided to clean our house for 8 an hour) is going to have to pick up the mess that she made in the master bedroom which she had to herself and the master bathroom which she also had to herself for the most part aside from the shower has to clean up the mess which she left behind. Assuming that all of the caked on make-up on the door and the bathroom and bedroom take about 3 hours to clean up that's about 24 dollars that's now about 160 dollars. She is arguing this case with her mother and is making life generally difficult. Now my question to you good people of Yahoo is should I now charge her for only giving two weeks notice. Now my town house landlord would charge two months rent for her that would be about 525 dollars (seeing as how my town house is 1050 a month and there are 4 room mates). My other question is should I charge her for damages done? The vertical blinds were knocked over "by the wind" but I will probably be charged to get someone to get them back up there or should I charge her for my time (I make about 15 dollars an hour). On top of that I had let her know that I was to be charging her on the 7th she asked me when I needed the money by and I told her the 10th. Well least to say she isn't paying today and my town house charges 50 dollars on the first late day and ten dollars every following day up to 80 dollars. So here's the issue I can most likely sponge about 700-800 dollars out of this girl for being exceedingly obnoxious should I?? Should I give her the ultimatum of 160 vs. 700-800?? The problem is that someone who cannot pass algebra 2 should never go up against someone who passed calc with a B without staying conscious through the lectures.

I have a question about one of my problems. Integral 1 at the high end and 0 at the low end then x/1+2x^2 dx is the problem (sorry hard to write it on here. To clarify, its the integral sign with 1 at the top and 0 at the bottom and its next to the x/1+2x^2 dx). I'm at the part where its 1/4ln(3)-1/4ln1. How can you tell what drugs people are making?

I'm pretty sure that my neighbors are making drugs and i want to know what kind they are making. Every once in a while when there window is open you can smell a similar to a sewer coming from the window. Which will also go away after about 5 minutes of them closing their window. I recently reinstalled Oblivion via steam (as I did before) and downloaded OOO the latest version with the latest patch and now im getting texturing problems... Some people on oblivion are invisible except their face and hands, certain item icons won't show up in the items menu and big giant yellow triangles (that you can walk through they are just really annoying) appear in certain areas of caves, dungeons and sewers. Help if possible? Im not sure why its not working for me now but it worked perfect for me before. And yes Oblivion itself is fully updated...

I am afraid of throwing up?

Alright i am afraid of swallowing pills, even if they aren't big, and (obviously) i am afraid of vomiting, i never had any traumatic experiences with vomiting, i just hated vomiting all my life. My mom tells me a story (i hate it) about how when i was young i ran vomiting because i was trying to get away from it O.o. why? also, you don't have to help me out with this one but it would if you would. I am afraid of doors, not just doors though. like in the night if i want to get a drink i will walk into my kitchen and rip open the refrigerator door, then i have to walk into my room and shut and lock the door for about 5 minutes, same thing when i go to the bathroom. I always feel like someone is watching me when i getup to get a drink or go to the bathroom. Also i am afraid if doors even during the day, i am afraid when it is dark and then a door is open with the lights off, especially my basement. I am afraid like a weird alien thing from signs will come out. Also in the shower i am afraid blood will come out of the shower head thing so i can't close my eyes. Apartment removing perks/amenities - is there any legal recourse?

I'm renting a supposedly 'luxury' apartment (cough). Paying $1500 a month for a one bedroom not including any utilities even water, sewer or trash. The apartment was supposed to have a computer room and a game room.. The apartment has only been open about two years and already they've taken the pool sticks/pool balls/shuffleboard equipment, etc. from the game room.. Removed 1 of the 4 computers, removed the printer from the computer room, and the internet has not been 'live' in the computer room for over a week. Apparently SOME tenants were taking advantage/messing things up, but they have cameras in the public areas and I don't believe all responsible tenants should be punished! Is there any legal recourse or do tenants have no right to request the return of perks advertised and available when signing the lease. This is in Virginia in Loudoun County. Oh yeah.. and the gate clickers for the parking garage don't work every month or so.. but I'm not even going to complain about that. Moving within the same apartment and I have to have fiber-optics?

The question is pretty much straight forward as possible. I was on the phone with an AT&T representative and I just wanted to move my service, Basic DSL Service, to a new apartment number, which is in the same complex. The representative said due to the fiber-optics, I have to buy a new modem. I thought fiber-optics is just an upgrade you can choose? I have not spoke with the administration of the apartment about this just yet but I will. Can anyone help clarify this in the meantime? I need to unplug all connectors of my modem and keep it few seconds and reconnect all to access internet?

What I'm wondering with this modem, ( which I'm unfamiliar with ), if the battery backup holds the settings even though you've unplugged the power cord. Maybe you could remove the batteries and then try the same procedure to see if that allows for the second computer to be recognized. Then you can reinstall the battery backup. I know on my modem, I was told to disconnect the power cord after the internet connection and the Ethernet cable and reconnect the power after the cable connection and the Ethernet cable. They told me the improper sequence would cause problems. Power cord always last to be dis-connected and re-connected. Hope this information will help to solve your problem. We have a small basement floor drain from which air blows when a toilet is flushed upstairs is this a problem?

My wife noticed that air blows out of a small floor drain in our basement when a toilet is flushed in our upstairs bathroom. Obviously the air is being forced out of the sewer line when the water from upstairs rushes down through the drain pipe. I think this is occurring because we have a dried out drain trap, however I don't want to fill a trap only to have the air blow out the water out with the next flush. Overheating issue with xbox 360?

Alright just to clarify I have the original xbox 360 not the slim. Anyways I've tried just about everything fixing this darn thing, I've had it since 07 and about 2 years ago I got the ring of death. Microsoft fixed it for me and replaced the old clamps. A little over a year ago I was having problems with overheating issues again. I've tried cleaning all the dust out of it, I've checked the power that's coming through and everything seems fine. Then I took the clamps off and the compound was completely deteriated, it was hard as plastic so I removed it with rubbing alcohol took about an hour or so then I replaced the compound with the proper amount. Worked fine for about an hour then it started again. Since last week I can only play my games about 15 to 30 minutes before it either freezes or gives me a entirely blue screen. I have an external hard drive connected that I have movies on and watch and I can only watch 1 before it freezes again. Usually it'll freeze right after I exit to the dashboard with movies but games will freeze before I can get 15 minutes of play. Depending on the game. Before I get complains on pirating I just want to ensure all these movies are rips of my own dvds that I prefer watching on the hard drive because it lasts longer than when they run on disc. Any suggestions? Looking for professional answers only, no towel tricks or amateur fixes that actually ruin the xbox rather than fixing the problem.

Types of paying jobs that Women can have in a Church?

I was wondering if anyone could give me any information or advice about a specific topic? I am a military spouse and we travel a lot. Because of this, I have been looking online for degrees that can be done online at home. There are a couple of things that I came across that really interest me. I'm just a little unsure about them and was hoping that people would have some information. I am a woman and saw a few different degrees that interest me. One is a Bachelor in Leadership/Ministry for the Church. The other is basically a Bachelor in Christian Counseling. I am unsure if a Bachelor in Christian Counseling would actually allow you to become a Counselor at a Church or if you will need to further the degree to at least a Masters.I am also unsure if a Bachelor in Leadership/Ministy would be something that I could do as a woman. A lot of Churches have men in Leadership roles. I also hate the fact that this is necessary but my husband and I really need a second income and right now my husband is the only one working. He's allowing me to get a degree while he works. I love Church, I love God, I love helping others and allowing God to be the focus. I think that I would love either of these choices because of the above reasons but also because they are paying jobs. Does anyone have any advice or information that could answer some of these questions and clarify some of the things that I am unsure of? Also, what other paying jobs can women have within a Church, other than Child Care? I would really like a Bachelor Degree that would allow me to work at a Church but I'm a little lost on what I can do or be. I hate that a paycheck is something that I have to think about when involving God and the Church, but its just necessary for me to help support my husband and myself, plus one day, kids. I ordered two different books today on Amazon for my kindle. I want to clarify that they are by two different authors. I went to read one of them, and then I decided to read a few chapters from the other one. That's when I realized, "Did I actually switch books? Knob confusion on Retro Singer Sewing Machine?

My aunt recently gave me a sewing machine that worked perfectly (Fashion Mate 248) and I'm attempting to use elastic thread. My problem is that someone has messed up the dials and I dont kno what to set them on everything I have tried has caused the top thread to knot around the bobbin under the plate, or the thread to loop up underneath the fabric . there are three dials one on the top front of the machine (I dont kno what its for) then two on the side, one controls the tension, and one bigger one controls the stitch length I think. I've always been a hand sewer and am new to all the knobs thanks ya'll!

Hello, I'm 15 years old and recently i have started doing press/push ups, Although today i heard that your not suppose to do them everyday. Just to clarify i don't lift weights or anything the only exercises i do is Chin ups (Not everyday), Sit ups (Not everyday) and Press/push ups which i do everyday about 50 a day. I don't lift weights because i feel press ups are much better. They say there will not be any effects if you don't rest which they call recover so is it true that one day do press ups then next day have a rest to get better results. I bought a home over a year and a half ago that was advertised as City Sewer but in fact has a Septic tank.?

I recently spoke to the neighbors who told me that they have been having problems with the septic tank for years and many people that had rented the home complained about it flooding, so the owner had to have known it was not city sewer. Stop a leaking overflow pipe in toilet?

Due to repairs being done, the tiling in the bathroom have been removed as well as floor boards. The toilet is still raised up but has moved away from the wall slightly. Can someone help me with my landlord? She is a nightmare!?

My ex landlord is refusing to give me back my deposit. When I moved into the house I offered her to come and mark down any damages she saw before i moved in. she said that wasn't necessary. I did this because I redid the hardwood floors. I also did all the cleaning and painting before moving in. Was freezing cold outside but she wouldn't allow me to turn heat on because heat was still in her name. I could smell musty moldy in the basement. when I was in the basement cleaning it felt like something was growing in my throat. the landlord said that is because the house had been empty for a while. every time it rained basement flooded BAD. she didn't fix that. Window in basement had NO window in it. In winter my house was 60 degrees when heat was set at 72. (in the one room directly above the window with no window). I said something to her on Mothers Day when she showed up at the house, about the window and she said it would be fixed but not for me. The next renters would have all the things that I was asking fixed fixed for them. I taped this conversation only because my husband thought I was making up on how she treated me and I was appalled that she said that to me. During winter when humidifier needed to be ran, walls would have brown stuff running from the ceiling. She said that wasn't her fault. Mold is growing on brand new windows she just put in last fall and is also growing on the ceiling in the corner of my sons bedroom and in my other sons bedroom is growing on the crease of the ceiling and wall, the last straw was the water heater. It was wet on the floor by the water heater and she knew about it for 2 months before I moved out, and she never did anything about it. She denied knowing about it, but on Mothers day I told her again, I moved out May 31st, and the water heater was still not working right. My husband spoke with her last night and asked her what was going on with our deposit and she said with all the damage that we did, she didn't think there would be a deposit. She was never in the house to see if there was any damage done before we moved in. Her daughter was the one that lived there before us. She is blaming her daughters accidents on us. I offered her to come to see the house and she said no. There was a fridge that is probably 25 years old and she is saying that we will be paying for that to because it is not working. After living there for 8 months, at her and her daughters request, she asked my husband and his company to redo the driveway because it was asphalt and they wanted cement, him being a machine operator for a large excavating company they wanted to get a good deal. She did alright. Not a dime was taken off our rent. We supplied the helpers, food, of course the beers for the guys who had to work on a Saturday for free, and not until this past year did we find out that we were charged for the re-bar and gravel for the driveway. Can someone tell me what I can do about this woman? DO I have a good case here? I should also tell you that I have video tape from when I moved and also took more video when I moved out along with pictures.. I know and learned for this that I will never live somewhere without having a lease. She said that was not necessary because me and her daughter were friends. I should have you know that I am a very clean neat orderly person. Me and my husband are what you could call the dream tenants.THe landlord said the only thing she is responsible for was the property taxes and that was it. Oh and the weekend of Mothers Day, the city sewer backed up in the basement, and she wanted us to pay for the bill to call the plumber in only to find out that it was a city problem. I recently got a shirt as a gift from hottopic, but it's the wrong size. Because it was given to me it no longer has the tag and I don't have the receipt. Boat engine playing up?

hi there , my boat engine is a lister air cooled and it always loses power in the first 20 minutes or so after start up, i have changed filters , checked all connections, it sounds like air in the system fuel starvation, but once it warms up its fine, why does it only lose revs on the way out to the fishing grounds but never on the way back, any ideas why it does this?? many thanks

K I've gone to the rentalsmen 3 times, useless, took a 2nd tennant (same landlord different house) house are falling in on themselves, plumbing nightmares, mold etc, who do you contact to report this to, also the rooming house is registered as an apt to fool the city, how do I approach that one. Why is sewer/poop going into my tub and overflowing my toilet?

OK, so we had a lot of rain/storm last week and now for some reason when I use water in one part of the house another part gurgles or fills with water.. which is filled with crap... especially when I am doing my cloths in the washer my tub then fills will poop water and my toilet overflows then goes very small and gurgles... so is this something that was caused by the large storm and will go away... or do I need to get some daino or liquid plumber or something? or should I call the water department or what? How can i change my hair toner?

A couple months ago i bleached my hair and used Wella princess blonde toner. I was happy with the color originally but i would really like to change my toner now to Wella ivory lady. How can I get water from my sump pump to be used outside the house?

I live in an area with an extremely high water table and my sump pump is constantly pumping out water that is sent right down the drain. I would like to hire a plumber to rig the pump so that the water from the pit could be used for more resourceful purposes outside the house like watering the grass or garden. Is this feasible and would it be costly? How would the system be rigged? I am thinking that the water would be pumped into a type of storage container outside the house and then any excess would channeled down the usual drainpipe. Right now the current situation is that the water is in a pit and is pumped into a PVC pipe and down the sewer pipe. This setup is legal in my neighborhood. The sump pump turns about once a minute. Not against it. I don't use a Strong's Concordance, but I would if I needed to. I use a Zondervan Bible I've had for years, which compares three different versions of the New Testament at once. For the Old Testament, I have a Zondervan Bible which compares the ancient Greek text with English, word for word, and it is truly enlightening what you can learn. Renting nightmare! Help!?

Approximately march 14 or 15,2011 my boyfriend and I moved into a house for rent. About April 8-10, we noticed water pooling under steps and notified landlord and landlords brother(who was in charge of maintenance) who came to home 3 days later and blammed leaking on furnace, however questioned due to odor. About a week later bought washer and dryer. Installed washer, ran a few cycles without any problem until noticed washer stopped when spin cycle hit. Basement was continueing to pool under steps and notified maintenance problem still existed and reported issue with washer. Maintenance man advised me that water wasnt fernance but is was dishwater/ sink water. I specifically asked is flooding could break washer and more important was water sewage water and he strongly said no no, just kitchen sink, promised he would snake that drain. Purchased yet another washer, low and behold after ONE cycle same issue. dirty water pooled in washer and would not spin or drain. Called maintenance, voiced concern and need for action. Landlord voiced plumber would be there that Sat, didnt show until Monday. Basement smelling awful, Monday came home to smelly roots on basement floor and all dirty water drains connected to sump pump. MSD in front yard that Wednesday 5/21/2011, advised sewage hasn't met sewer in about two years due to roots, basement WAS flooding with sewage water and more than likely was sewage water in washer. Not to mention have a serious urinary tract infection. Now two washers later, lied to by maintenance, Over a month of dealing with feces water, no sign of replacement of washer, remeimburstment for ruined clothing mattress Christmas decorations etc. I do not have renters insurance however I would like to know what to do and where to go from here? Do I asked for rent off from time issue evolved without timely action? Another washer? Should I contact a lawyer?
