I am scared of Adolf Hitler's ghost what do I do?

I have a fear of Adolf Hitler. It started with a dream that he was in the neighborhood plumbing and he was going to get in my house and get me. Now I can't go outside because I don't want to see him rising up from the sewer grates. In the house I put bricks on all the toilets and the dryer. I use the bathroom in a chamber pot and have my mom flush it. My mom also drains my baths for me because I am afraid to do it. I can't go on living like this. I tried to get my parents to take me to a psychiatrist but they said they can't afford it. I don't want Hitler to get me please help.
