Should you do press/push ups everyday?
Hello, I'm 15 years old and recently i have started doing press/push ups, Although today i heard that your not suppose to do them everyday. Just to clarify i don't lift weights or anything the only exercises i do is Chin ups (Not everyday), Sit ups (Not everyday) and Press/push ups which i do everyday about 50 a day. I don't lift weights because i feel press ups are much better. They say there will not be any effects if you don't rest which they call recover so is it true that one day do press ups then next day have a rest to get better results. Please answer i'm desperate to know!!! Thank you.
