Karate (Shityo-Ryu Itosu Kai) Orange Belt Requirements?

Hey everyone, I'm going for a ranking soon and I was injuired for a bit so I had no time to re-practice what I already learned. I need to know the names of the katas I need to advance to an Orange Belt so I can watch videos and re-teach myself them. Also, I know there is one thing where an attacker attacks, and you're supposed to block. I'm not sure what this is called, if anyone can help clarify. Thank you.
